WARRANTY

COMERCIAL L & M LLC guarantees its products against manufacturing defects from the delivery date.

To claim warranty:

• Present the purchase invoice
• Return the product to the distributor or factory

The company will:

• Repair the product
• Replace it
• Or issue a credit note

IMPORTANT

A warranty claim does not exempt the customer from payment obligations.

WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF:

• Repairs were made by unauthorized personnel
• Product damage is due to misuse or improper handling
• There are signs of wear, rust, cracks, impacts, or missing parts
• Instructions and warnings were not followed
• The claim is submitted outside the valid period

LIABILITY

COMERCIAL L & M LLC is only responsible for the product itself and does not cover:

• Loss of profits
• Third-party damages
• Any indirect consequences

If a warranty claim is invalid, all related costs will be charged to the customer.
