PRODUCT RETURNS

Only products in stock are eligible for exchange within 30 days.

To process a return:

• The customer must obtain written authorization from COMERCIAL L & M LLC
• The product must be shipped to our address
• Shipping costs must be paid by the customer

Products must be:

• In perfect condition
• Unused
• In original packaging

Warehouse classification may change without notice, but the classification at the time of purchase will apply.

CONDITIONS

• If the return is due to an error by COMERCIAL L & M LLC, a full credit including shipping costs will be issued.
• Returns are subject to approval.
• Commercial agreements may include specific return conditions and timelines.
