COMERCIAL L & M LLC is not responsible for delays or non-compliance caused by:

• Government regulations or orders
• Natural disasters (fires, floods, etc.)
• Strikes or labor disputes
• War, riots, or civil disturbances
• Transportation delays
• Acts or omissions by the buyer
• Any other causes beyond the company’s control

Delivery timelines will be extended as necessary without penalties.

Any contractual penalty clauses related to delays will be void under these circumstances.
